Privacy notice.
This notice explains how we handle personal data you send us through inoqe.com, for example with the contact form.
Who is responsible
Inoqe
Warsaw, Poland
Email: info@inoqe.com
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (optional), who you are (startup, corporate, investor, partner or other) and your message. We use this only to answer you and, if you want, to continue the conversation about working together.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox, and steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep your message as long as we need it to answer you and for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Then the rules for business records apply.
Who processes it for us
- Hosting.com: hosts this website and the contact form.
- Google Workspace: our email service, where the form messages arrive.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): website statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and how many people send the contact form. Analytics only runs if you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*, which Google keeps for up to 2 years, and we keep the statistics for up to 14 months. We do not use advertising cookies.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings. Your choice itself is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
Fonts are served from our own server. Two code libraries load from public CDNs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com and unpkg.com), which receive your IP address as part of a normal web request.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@inoqe.com. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
